Give something special, unique, and handcrafted this holiday season while supporting local artists and the local economy.
On Sunday, December 1, 2024 (the Sunday after Thanksgiving), The Freedman Arts District, a non-profit organization, is collaborating with Beaufort’s artists, art galleries, and holiday shoppers to take part in the national art-shopping event, Artists Sunday.
The event will feature a pop-up "Meet the Makers" marketplace with local artists at the Arsenal, artists' demonstrations, and street musicians' performances. Additionally, many Downtown Beaufort art galleries will be open for gift shopping, and food trucks will be on site.
